Booking A Short Stay Apartment With BizStay The Hague
Below you will find a description of the main aspects of the procedure concerning the lease/reservation of an apartment at BizStay The Hague (further called BizStay). You are referred to the Generals terms and conditions of BizStay The Hague, for the other conditions that apply.
Booking an apartment
You can make a booking with BizStay in the following ways:
- directly via the website www.bizstaythehague.com;
- per e-mail via info@bizstaythehague.com, live chat or per telephone +31 70 260 1269 through one of our staff members.
Directly via the website
A search block is included on the Homepage and the page Our Apartments. You can use this block to specify the period that you would like to book and - optionally – the number of bedrooms that you prefer and the total number of people concerned. Our system will then select the apartments that match your criteria. Once you have made your selection from the available options, you can activate the booking procedure by clicking on the Book Now button of the apartment of your choice. The system will then guide you through the booking process and will help you to add extra options if you desire. After you have correctly completed the process, you can confirm your reservation and proceed to the payment section of the site. You can pay the deposit, in the amount of 500,00 EUR, via a secured Internet connection using your credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express). Your reservation will be final as soon as you pay the deposit. You will receive confirmation of the booking and of the payment of the deposit per e-mail, along with the invoice with instructions for the remainder of the payment and the leasing agreement.
Directly through our staff members
Should you prefer not to book an apartment directly via the website, then you can opt to have one of our staff members help you through the booking procedure. You can contact our staff either via e-mail, live chat or telephone. They can assist you through the procedure step-by-step and finalize the reservation.
Deposit
A reservation will not be final until the time at which the deposit in the amount of 500,00 EUR has been paid. The deposit will be returned to the lessee at the end of the leasing period, provided that the lessee has observed all of the obligations further to the leasing agreement and leaves the apartment in the same condition as it was found at the beginning of the leasing period.
Payment
In the case of a rental period of at least one week up to one month, the entire rent, the charge for final cleaning and any additional options must be paid 7 days before the start of the rental period. In the case of a rental period of longer than one month, the rent for the first month and the charge for the final cleaning and any additional options must be paid before the start of the first rental period. Any subsequent rental term(s) will be charged separately depending on the total rental period.
Cancellation
A reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the first day of the agreed rental period. In the event of cancellation from 7 days to 24 hours before the first day of the rental period, you will be liable to pay cancellation charges of 500,00 EUR. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the first day of the rental period, you will be liable to pay cancellation costs equaling 100% of the agreed rental price for the entire period with a maximum of 1.000,00 EUR.
Arrival
On the day the rental agreement commences, you will be met by a BizStay employee at the location at a time to be agreed later. If you wish, BizStay can arrange for transportation from your arrival location (station, airport) to the accommodation. If you wish you use this service, please indicate this when reserving. This service is subject to a charge. In principle, the accommodations are available from 16:00 pm. The employee will hand you the key and take you through the check-in procedure. While checking in, the employee will explain various particulars of the apartment and the surroundings.
Stay
During your stay you can contact BizStay at all times for additional services or technical support.
Departure
On the day of your departure, you must leave the apartment no later than 11:00 am. You will be met by a BizStay employee at the apartment for the check-out. If you desire, BizStay can arrange transportation for you to the airport or station for a charge.
